These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website multilinguallinkbuilding.services and, together with an individually signed statement of work, any engagement of the services of IntSEO Digital Services Ltd., operating as Multilingual Link Building Services ("we", "us").

2. Services

We provide multilingual link building, outreach, digital PR, and related consulting services. The concrete scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined exclusively in a written statement of work agreed with the client. Nothing on this website forms part of a contract unless expressly incorporated into a statement of work.

3. Editorial nature of placements

Links we secure are editorial placements decided by independent third-party publishers. We therefore cannot and do not guarantee that any specific publisher will link, that a placed link will remain live indefinitely, or that any specific ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome will occur. Search engine algorithms are outside our control. We do commit to the agreed scope of prospecting, outreach, and reporting work, performed to professional standards.

4. Client obligations

Clients must ensure that the websites and content we promote are lawful in their target markets, that they hold the necessary rights to all materials provided to us, and that briefs are accurate. We may decline or terminate work on content that is illegal, deceptive, or that violates the editorial policies of the publishers we work with.

5. Intellectual property

Content we create for a campaign (outreach assets, localized articles, data studies) is assigned to the client upon full payment, except for our internal methodologies, prospect research systems, and publisher relationships, which remain ours. The website design, branding, and blog content of multilinguallinkbuilding.services remain our property.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties keep non-public information received from the other confidential and use it only for the engagement. This survives the end of any engagement.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the actions of third-party publishers and search engines, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory liability (including for personal injury) remains unaffected.

8. Data protection

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For merchants, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your visit applies to website use; the version referenced in a statement of work applies to that engagement.
