Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Multilingual Link Building Services ("we", "us", "our") collects and processes personal data when you visit multilinguallinkbuilding.services, submit our contact form, or work with us as a client, publisher, or outreach contact. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and applicable local privacy laws in the markets where we operate.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Multilingual Link Building Services, operated by IntSEO Digital Services Ltd. Our contact details are listed on the About page. For any privacy question or request, write to us via the contact form with "Privacy request" in your message.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact form data: name, company, email address, target languages, and the content of your message. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Client engagement data: contract details, billing contacts, campaign briefs, and communication history. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations such as accounting rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Outreach contact data: as a link building agency, we process publicly available professional contact information of editors, journalists, and website owners (name, professional email, publication) in order to propose editorial collaborations. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in conducting business-to-business communication. Every outreach email identifies us and offers a straightforward way to decline further contact; opt-outs are honored permanently.
  • Website usage data: server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamp) retained briefly for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies

This site uses only functional storage (to remember your cookie choice) and, where you consent, basic aggregate analytics. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data. Full details, including how to withdraw consent, are in our Cookie Policy.

4. Processors and third parties

Contact form submissions are transmitted and stored by Formspree, Inc. (USA), acting as our processor under standard contractual clauses. Our website is served by a static hosting provider that processes server logs on our behalf. We share client campaign data only with team members and vetted native-speaking contractors bound by confidentiality agreements. We never sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Because our team and publisher network span multiple countries, personal data may be processed outside the EEA. Where that happens, we rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with technical measures such as encryption in transit.

6. Retention

Contact form inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus statutory retention periods (typically 6–10 years for accounting records). Outreach contacts who opt out are moved to a suppression list containing only the data needed to honor the opt-out.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data; restriction of processing; data portability; and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest — including outreach emails, which we will stop immediately on request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit if you are in Germany, or your local authority elsewhere in the EU.

8. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes affecting active clients are communicated directly.
